• Your commission is for personal use only. You may repost with credit and use on personal items (such as getting stickers made) as long as you do not sell them.

• Any work commissioned from me remains my property, and I retain the right to post it to my social medias or use it in any way.

• No one is allowed to reproduce or reuse my work for profit in any way. (For example, printing off copies and selling them.)

• My watermark will be placed somewhere on the final image. This watermark/signature may not be removed at any time for any reason.

• No work of mine may be traced or edited without my written consent. 

• You may not use my art in conjunction with generative AI in any way. It may not be used to “train” AIs or used to alter the art. Anyone caught doing so (client or otherwise) will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning both art and fursuits.

• Commercial rights to an art work can be discussed but may incur additional fees.
  
  

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

• I will send you a Paypal invoice with the commission information. I can also accept bank transfer (for Australian citizens only)

• You have 48 hours to pay the invoice in full unless otherwise discussed. If not paid within that time your commission will be dropped.

• Work on your commission will not begin until the invoice has been paid in full.

• Preliminary sketches will only be provided if specially asked for, and only after the commission has been paid in full.

• If you are unhappy with the preliminary sketch, minor edits may be asked for and can be discussed.

• I cannot guarantee a completion date. If you rush me your commission may be dropped and you may be black listed.
  
  

• If for some reason I am unable to complete your commission after it has been accepted, an apology and an explanation will be provided (however it may be brief if the situation is personal.) I will contact you if this occurs and a refund will be discussed.

• Cancellation refunds will be issued at my discretion. Please contact me if you wish to cancel your commission, and a refund can be discussed. Full refunds will only be given if no work has been done on your commission. If work has started, a partial refund can be negotiated.

I refuse draw any of the following:

• Anything "NSFW"

• Any fetishes (includes diapers, inflation or obesity, vore, paws, etc)

• Extreme violence or gore
